fairy pillows

It's been a week of stitching and dog walking, we haven't had the exciting weather that the rest of the country seem to be having just a little bit of ice at the beginning of the week then rain :o(  I do miss the snow living in Cornwall (especially having grown up in North Yorkshire!) We just missed the snow in Lincolnshire this year but it has been quite lovely here walking wonky whippet on the beaches and in the woods, if a little wet!


I have been working on some new tooth fairy pillows that I'm rather pleased with


if you are sick of seeing stripy tights you may need to look away here! But I love this lilac and blue together


and red and pink, another favourite combination


with sweet little pockets on the back


for a tooth or a fairy note or a little fairy crystal or even some fairy silver!

and even another three!!  but I haven't had time to photograph them yet
Now off to do some more snow dancing, I'm sure we can get ourselves just a little bit of all that snow out there!

  1. I just found you by browsing the feeling stitchy flikr group. I'm new(ish) to embroidery but I LOVE your "subjects". Your artistry is beautiful.
    I am finding that I do well at the stitching, but I am not great at the subjects, so it is nice to see what others are doing - I like the feel of your little fairies and such (daisy girl is one of my favorites!)

  2. I'll never be sick of stripy tights ( you may get sick of me going on about them though lol ). I think the print borders are lovely and the little pockets on the back are so sweet.
